2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for your account security (password, two-step verification).
• Persons under 18 may not place orders without parental/guardian consent.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to our support team immediately.

3. Products and services

• The Site only sells legal digital products and services that Socitr owns or is authorised to sell.
• We do not offer account sales or transfers, follower/engagement sales, or any service that violates platform rules.
• We never ask for your account password or verification codes.
• Descriptions and prices may change without notice; the price at the time of order applies.

4. Balance (wallet)

• Balance added to your account can only be used for purchases on the Site; it earns no interest and is non-transferable.
• Balance becomes available only after payment is confirmed. The same receipt or transaction cannot be used more than once.
• Amounts may be held during review if fraud or unlawful activity is suspected.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, to overload it with automated tools, to circumvent security measures, or with fraudulent payment details. Accounts may be suspended in such cases.

6. Intellectual property

The Site design, logos and digital content sold belong to Socitr or its licensors. Purchased content may be used within the licence described on the product page and may not be resold.

7. Limitation of liability

Digital products and services are subject to the rules and changes of third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, Telegram, etc.). Socitr is not liable for consequences of those platforms' decisions. You acknowledge that no specific growth, reach or result is guaranteed.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
