Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Socitr (the "Company"), as data controller, informs you about the processing of your personal data.

2. Personal data processed

• Identity: name, surname, username
• Contact: email address, phone (if provided)
• Customer transactions: orders, cart, balance movements, support requests
• Transaction security: IP address, session and sign-in logs, device/browser information
• Finance: payment provider transaction references, bank transfer receipts (card details are neither processed nor stored)

3. Purposes

Managing membership and contract processes; taking orders, verifying payments and delivery; customer support; information security and abuse prevention; meeting legal obligations (tax, commercial and consumer law); responding to authorised bodies.

4. Legal grounds

Under KVKK Art. 5/2: (c) formation and performance of a contract, (ç) compliance with legal obligations, (e) establishment, exercise or protection of a right, (f) legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed. Explicit consent is obtained separately where required.

5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to payment institutions and providers, hosting and email service providers, legal advisers and legally authorised public bodies. Transfers to providers abroad comply with KVKK Art. 9.

6. Collection method

Data is collected electronically, by automated or partly automated means, through membership, order, payment and support forms on the Site and through cookies.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to adverse results of automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

8. Applications

Send requests with identity-verifying information to [email protected]. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
