Product and price

The essential features of the digital product/service are shown on the product page; quantity, VAT-inclusive total price and any discounts are shown in the order summary. There are no shipping costs for digital products.

Payment and delivery

• Payment methods: store balance, bank transfer, card (via an authorised payment institution) and other methods shown on the Site.
• Delivery is electronic, via the order page and email. Automatically delivered products are delivered instantly on payment confirmation; services within the period stated on the product page.

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly electronically, intangible goods delivered instantly, or services started with the consumer's approval (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15). For services not yet started, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
